Tractor Day

It was a fun filled day at DCVI.   The final day of secondary classes before exams –  Tractor Day!  At the assembly students were recognized for French, Math and Athletic skills.  The grade 7/8’s received the OPHEA Healthy Schools Silver Standard.  We said goodbye to our exchange students and teachers and support staff who are leaving the DCVI community.  To end the assembly, next years Student Council was introduced.

Following the assembly, students and staff were treated to lunch of hot dogs, hamburgers, fries, popcorn and freezies.  There were activities outside including the annual Graduates VS Staff slo-pitch game.  It was a great afternoon spent celebrating a wonderful year together.

Best of luck on your exams Salukis!
